Compactgrain, long-term abrasive with continuous self-sharpening effect reduces grinding costs due to fewer tool changes. KK712X is especially suitable for flat grinding applications. Offers characteristically consistent, very high stock removal with uniform surface roughness over its entire, very long service life.

A SHORT "BREAK-IN" PERIOD IS NECESSARY TO OPEN THE GRAIN SURFACE AND EXPOSE THE WORK SURFACE. BRAND NEW BELTS LOOK MUCH ROUGHER BEFORE USE AND CAN APPEAR TOO COARSE BECAUSE OF THE NATURE OF THE MATERIAL.
